I am starting with a different approach this week by showing you the GIVEAWAY for WEEK FOUR first.(August 22nd - August 29th).
This week's giveaway is one of my favorites. I use this wool blended thread quite often as it compliments all colors of wool fabric and yet it stands out slightly too.
To participate: Just state you are interested in receiving and be sure to sign up as a follower so that I will have your contact information in case your name is drawn. :-)
This week I unpacked a wool applique picture to hang in my studio room where I used this wool blended thread throughout the entire project (and yes, there is still plenty of thread left on my spool....I think its magical! And now for this past weeks Giveaway Winner (August 15th- 22nd). The number generator picked number one, which in this case is not "the loneliest number." Go Miss Gayle!
Gayle from The Middle Sister blog has won two patterns by Renee Plains of Liberty Star. Congratulations!
PLEASE NOTE: There is ONE more chance to win after the WEEK FOUR wool thread giveaway is complete.
The lid of this box will be opened on August 31st to reveal the goodies of what I've been stashing in there for the entire month. I've kept quiet about all so that this will be a complete surprise for you.
One name will be drawn from ALL THE COMMENTS LEFT THROUGHOUT THE MONTH OF AUGUST so its not to late to jump in.
Smiles - Valerie
"I cannot count my day complete till needle, thread and fabric meet."
P.S. Gayle left a comment asking for the name of this thread. Here is a picture of the bottom of the spool. Thanks for the nudge Gayle.....I completely left this part out!
