WOOL UNIT #3260 - WHERE ARE YOU!

Hi Everyone,

I am so happy to sit, and I am so happy to tell you that our move is complete. We are now situated here in Nashville, TN and simply delighted. We are no where near settled, but that is minor.

Today was a grand day for me as I drove over to my indoor-storage room to be reunited with all of my wool, patterns, personal collection, etc.  LOL!  I sound love sick, but in a way, I guess that is one way to describe all.   It has been about a month since we moved my business down here and I consider myself very lucky to have found such an awesome place to store my things which is only 2 minutes from the house.

I decided to snap a few pics so that I would never forget how this all felt.  As I entered the storage building, I grabbed a cart and waited for the elevator.

The elevator looks like a "padded" room for wool addicts.  :-)

Now I'm on the second floor searching for Unit #3260.  Gulp....where is my unit again?

Oh, thats right, make a left here....how come I have a lump in my throat!

Here it is....oh my gosh, I'm not going to cry am I?  LOL  Yikes...I really feel anxious.

I lifted the door and there it was, just the way I left it.  I just stood and stared....thinking....I'm finally here and so are all of my things, household and hobby all in one state.  Hurray and what a relief!!!!

I have to say I laughed when I spotted my former retail store sign sitting there upside down, which in a way describes what kind of a year this has been for us.

One more bin and the car is full!  I will have a least 20 more trips to make, but again, thats minor.  I will just be ever so happy to have my studio set up once again.

Yes, done with my first load and can't wait to come back for more!

So, how do I thank you for the many emails I've received during the course of this move and for your supportive words.  You truly kept me going and ewe are a great bunch

The least I can do is to give back with a fun, surprise, giveway which will start August 1st (as mentioned in my previous posting).  This giveway will last the whole month as there will be a different offering each week, thus 4 winners.

Also, my PRIM FOLK ART ETSY SHOP shop is up and running.  I had mentioned changes to this shop in my last posting, but I've decided to keep my pattern shop "as is".... that is .... to continue selling cross stitch and punchneedle patterns along with the wool applique patterns.  The actual change will be another shop.  More to share after settling in.

Take care, stay creative, stay cool and pray for rain for the farmers.

Smiles - Valerie

Looks like it was smooth sailing! That's very clean for a storage facility. Enjoy settling in... the tough part is behind you.
